North Point Asset Group was founded by Josh Schug — a Certified Personal Property Appraiser (C.P.P.A) with over 15 years of experience across heavy equipment, fleet management, auctions, sales, and certified asset valuations.
After working inside the auction and equipment sales industry, Josh recognized a growing gap: sellers were leaving significant value on the table, and buyers were navigating inflated pricing with little transparency. He built North Point Asset Group to offer a better solution — one grounded in trust, transparency, and strategy.
His appraisal work has included individual portfolios ranging from $50,000 to over $500 million, with a total appraised value exceeding $1 billion, delivering accurate and defensible valuations for contractors, corporations, and financial institutions across Canada.
